About Arthur Volper

Born in Ukraine and based out of Queens, NY.  Arthur is a self taught artist specializing in realism and portraits.  He works in numerous mediums and always enjoys trying new ones and furthering his artistic knowledge.  His body of works consists of pieces done in graphite, charcoal, acrylic and oil. The culmination of his work in various mediums has led Arthur to tattooing.
